1. Purpose and scope

We intend to visit holiday accommodation, take original photographs and compare visible features of the property with a specified advertisement. Any future verification record should identify the inspected property, inspection date and scope of observations. An assessment is limited to what could reasonably be observed during that visit.

2. What verification does not establish

An assessment is not a building or structural survey, formal fire or electrical safety inspection, hygiene certification, proof of ownership, authentication of a host or advertiser, or confirmation that a booking or payment request is legitimate. It cannot establish that hidden hazards are absent or that a property will remain in the same condition after inspection.

3. Booking and safety decisions

Travellers should independently check the current listing, property address, booking provider, payment instructions, cancellation terms and safety information relevant to their stay. A verification record is additional information and is not a guarantee of the quality, suitability, availability or safety of accommodation.

4. Accuracy and changes

We aim to exercise reasonable care in recording our own observations. A record may contain clearly identified subjective assessments. Accommodation and advertisements can change after inspection. We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw a verification record if new information warrants it. Please report suspected inaccuracies to the email below.

5. Third parties and verification marks

We do not control third-party accommodation providers, booking platforms or payment services. A verification mark or code should only be interpreted together with the corresponding record on this website; a copied badge or reference to Real Stay Global elsewhere does not authenticate an unrelated listing or payment request.

6. Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects statutory consumer rights. Legal responsibility for inaccurate statements, negligence or other conduct depends on the facts and applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website or the accuracy of material provided by third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, photography and verification marks are owned or licensed for use by Real Stay Global. Do not reproduce or use them in a manner that falsely suggests an inspection, endorsement or current verification.
